Victor Valdez is rocked from an early age in all styles of music (classical, new wave, disco), but his great love is funk. During his teens, he lives his passion for deejaying, at first for friends, then at various clubs in Paris and abroad. He quickly starts producing his own tracks, which he slips into his sets. This passion leads him to a sound engineer school from which he graduates still with a single aim: composing his own music.
During summer 2009 he meets the future singer Christophe Paris, who shares with him the same pop, funk, disco and house music influences. It results in the birth of a new band: THE GLIMPS. Together they decide to start on a unique experience in 2010: to allow their fans to get artistically involved in the release of their first album. THE GLIMPS PROJECT is born.
